All orders placed before 5:00PM Mobile (CST) time will ship same day for next day delivery. All deliveries outside of the Greater Mobile will ship via UPS and cannot be routed to a post office box. For oversize items, Metro will use a common carrier service to ensure that your delivery is quick and simple.
For clients in the Greater Mobile area, all items including office furniture will be hand delivered by your Metro delivery personal.
Metro accepts several types of payment including cash, checks, and most major credit cards. Metro offers most clients an open account with net 30 terms. For custom billing or payment solutions please email us or call or email your account executive for more information.
Metro understands that you want to work with a vendor that respects your private information. At Metro we treat your information respectfully. We only collect enough information to successfully fill and process your orders and payments. We will not share, sell or trade your data with any other outside agency or use open broadcast emails to notify clients of news.
Metro believes in supplying our clients with only the best products the office supply industry has to offer. However, we do realize that problems can occur and mistakes do happen. So, if you need to return a product, please follow the guidelines listed below.
. Customers should check ALL packages and enclosed merchandise at the time they are delivered. This will help us to identify, and promptly handle any problems that may occur with your order. If you have a problem, please email or call client service’s and have your invoice number ready. Your invoice number can be found in the upper right hand corner of the invoice.
. All merchandise returned must be in the original carton with all packaging intact, unmarked and in new condition.
. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date.
. Defective merchandise must be reported within 3 business days of the invoice date.
. Shortages must be reported within 3 days of the invoice date.
. Special order merchandise, including furniture, is NOT subject to return except in case of error by Metro.
. Damaged merchandise should be refused.
. Concealed damaged merchandise should be reported immediately.
. 15% restocking fee applied to wrong item orders.
. All merchandise returned must be in the original carton with all packaging intact, unmarked and in new condition.
